Thank you for your interest in participating in the 3rd Annual Liberated Flow Charity Art Gala. We are currently accepting submissions for consideration. This year's theme is Virginia's History: Past, Present, and Future.

Submission deadline: Friday, September 10, 2021 (11:59pm)

Chosen artists will be notified by Thursday, September 30, 2021.

Guidelines: 

• All submissions must be centered around this year's theme - Virginia's History: Past, Present and Future. 

• Selected works will be displayed in the Black History Museum and Cultural Center of Virginia from approximately November 2021 through the end of December 2021, ending with the gala on December 4, 2021.

• Art work cannot exceed 30"(w) x 40"(h) including frame, if applicable. 

• All mediums are accepted; and should be ready to hang on the wall. 

• Artists may submit up to two (2) works of art for consideration.

• If creating a new work of art, please provide a detailed description of the concept with a sketch, if possible.   

• Art submissions must be the original work of the artist and belong to the artist completing the submission.  

• By participating in the event, the artist understands that 50 percent of art sales will be donated to the current year's beneficiary.
